1. Chief Resident Engineer and Team Leader (the “Team Leader”)

  • Vacancies: 01
  • Qualification & Experience: Master’s in Civil Engineering with 20 years of Project / Construction management experience in the construction of large buildings, roads, infrastructure, must have exposure to PERT and CPM techniques.
  • General Job Description: Overall responsibility for the entire project and interaction with the APCRDA. Shall have control over the staff deployed and primarily responsible for the acts & abstinence to act by the staff of the contractor.

2. Construction Manager / Resident Engineer cum Billing Manager

  • Vacancies: 03
  • Qualification & Experience: Master’s in Civil Engineering with 15 years of Project Management experience in the construction of Residential / Commercial / Institutional Buildings, roads, and infrastructure, and exposure to PERT and CPM techniques.
  • General Job Description: Shall be responsible for the supervision of construction work including the quality and meeting timelines. Shall be responsible for execution of all the infrastructure utilities involved.

3. Planning Manager

  • Vacancies: 03
  • Qualification & Experience: Master’s in Civil Engineering with 10-12 years in Project Controls experience in the construction of Residential / Commercial/ Institutional buildings, roads, and infrastructure and exposure to PERT and CPM techniques.
  • General Job Description: Shall be responsible for Project Planning and Project control of the projects.

4. Design Review Manager – Civil

  • Vacancies: 02
  • Qualification & Experience: Master’s of civil engineering, masters preferably in Structural Engineering with 15 years of experience in designing Residential / Commercial / Institutional Buildings.
  • General Job Description: Shall be responsible to ensure that the various kinds of drawings that are to be implemented are sound, feasible and financially optimal, and executed as per plan.

5. Design Review Manager – MEP

  • Vacancies: 04
  • Qualification & Experience: Master’s of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering masters preferably in Electrical / Mechanical engineering with 15 years of experience in designing Residential / Commercial / Institutional Buildings.
  • General Job Description: Shall be responsible to ensure that the various kinds of drawings that are to be implemented are sound, feasible and financially optimal; and executed as per plan.

6. Architect

  • Vacancies: 03
  • Qualification & Experience: Master’s in Architecture with around 10 years in experience in architecture works for Residential / Commercial / Institutional Buildings.
  • General Job Description: Shall be responsible to ensure that the architectural plans/draiwngs are feasible, financially optimal and are expected as per plan.

7. Quality Assurance / Control Manager

  • Vacancies: 03
  • Qualification & Experience: Master’s in Civil / Material Engineering / Geology, with masters preferably in Civil Engineering / Concrete Engineering / Material engineering with experience as Third party Quality Assurance auditor with 10 years of similar experience.
  • General Job Description: Shall be responsible to ensure construction of high quality works.

8. Contracts Manager

  • Vacancies: 01
  • Qualification & Experience: Bachelor degree in engineering or law is mandatory & Master’s degree in management or law being desirable; with 10 years experience in contract management assignments.
  • General Job Description: Responsible for all aspects of Contract Management.

9. Quantity Surveyor

  • Vacancies: 06
  • Qualification & Experience: Master’s or equivalent in Civil Engineering / Certificate course from institution of Quantity Surveying with 10 years of similar experience in execution of Residential/Commercial/Institutional Buildings.
  • General Job Description: Shall verify the works executed by quantifying the materials used, quantity the excavated materials, stacking and sending out from the project site. Shall maintain the measurements books of various works and shall report to site engineer.
