1. Highway Design Engineer
Education: Graduate in Civil Engineering + Master’s in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 10 years in planning, project preparation and design of highway projects (NH/SH/Expressways)
- Expertise in feasibility studies and DPR for four/six laning of highways.
- Experience in projects of minimum 80 km aggregate length.
2. Bridge Design Engineer
Education: Graduate in Civil Engineering + Master’s in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 10 years in bridge project preparation and design.
- At least 2 major bridge Projects with length greater than 200m.
- Prior work on highway projects (NH/SH / Expressways).
3. Traffic & Transport Expert
Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering + Master’s in Economics or Trasport planning.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 8 years in highway projects (4/6 / laning of NH/SH/Expressways)
- Experience as Traffic Engineer in highway / projects with 80km Minimum aggregate length.
Eligible candidates should have worked on at least two eligible assignments in each of the categories (A) and (B) as outlined in the detailed job description.

A) Category A: Roads and Highways Sector projects (Ability to showcase sound sector experience): Should have completed services for Goverment client in India/abroad for at least 5 consultancy assignments involving review or preparation of DPR/detailed feasibility report and/or transaction advisory for roads and highways projects with a minimum project cost of INR 500 Crore.
B) Large Scale Program/Project Management (Ability to handle large scale projects and mobilize large teams): Should have completed at least 5 program project management assignment for a Government client in India/abroad, involving activities such as review/preparation of detailed project reports preparation of project revenue models, transaction advisory, overall monitoring and/or evaluation of project implementation/contract management in infrastructure sector (roads and highways ports, rail mass urban transport projects), with assignment for value of at least INR 2 Crore and assignment duration of more than 1 year.
