1. Position: Project Manager (C&I)
- Location: Chennai / Pune
- Experience: 10-12 years
- Industry: Commercial Interior fitout / Office fitout (C&I and MEP)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with 10-12 years of experience in the Construction & Infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, leadership, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing), coordination. You will be responsible for overseeing large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining budgets and leading a cross-functional team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time and within – budget execution.
- Lead a team of engineers, MEP mangers and other project staff.
- Develop and monitor project timelines, cost plans and progress reports.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and Subcontracts to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Manage risk and resolve project issues.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of experience in project management, with a focus on C&I or related industries.
- Proven experience in managing complex construction projects, including MEP coordination.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Expertise in project planning, budgeting and scheduling.
- Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
2. Position: MEP Manager
- Location: Chennai / Pune
- Experience: 10-12 years
- Industry: Commercial Interior fitout / Office fitout (C&I and MEP)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced MEP Manager with 10-12 years of experience in managing MEP systems within the Construction & Infrastructure industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations, and ensuring that these systems integrate seamlessly into construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseas the planning, execution, and management of MEP systems for construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure system design and integration meet project specifications.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure that instructions meet industry standards.
- Monitor and manage MEP team performance to ensure timely delivery of system installations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.. provide technical guidance and resolve MEP related issues during the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with suppliers and Sub-contractors to manage procurement and project resources.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of experience in MEP management I’m the construction industry.
- Strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems.
- Proven ability to lead and manage MEP teams.
- Strong problem solving and technical skills.
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects.. knowledge of local and international MEP standards and codes.
- B.Tech/B.E (Electrical or Civil Engineering)
- PMP, LEED, or similar certification are plus.
3. Position: Project Coordinator
- Location: Chennai / Pune
- Experience: 4-6 years
- Industry: Commercial Interior fitout / Office fitout (C&I and MEP)
Job Description:
We are hiring a dedicated Project Coordinator with 4-6 years of experience in the construction & Infrastructure industry. The ideal candidate will support project managers in the coordination and execution of project tasks, ensuring seamless communication across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in the coordination of project activities, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including report’s, Plans and schedules.
- Communicate with contractors, vendors and internal teams to ensure the project progresses smoothly.
- Ensure the availability of resources and materials on-site.
- Support in managing projects risk, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Coordinate with various departments and ensure timely approvals and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or Infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- B.Tech/B.E or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Knowledge of basic construction process and project management principles.
