Designation: Manager/Sr. Manager – Corporate Strategy

Job Description:
The Manager / Sr. Manager – Corporate Strategy will play plvotal role in shaping and executing company’s strategies plan. The incumbent will be responsible for developing a long-term strategic roadmap, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring alignment of the company’s Operations with its strategic plan. The incumbent will provide market intelligence, analytical support, and aid in decision making of the top management.
The role requires a deep understanding of strategic and corporate finance concepts, analytical bend of mind, exposure to EPC construction industry, ability to collaborate with teams across departments, Working with senior leadership, excellent communication and presentation skills. This position is part of the Executive Vice Chairman’s office, the seniormost Executive in the company.
Professional and Educational Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience, with at least 4+ years in Corporate Strategy / Management consulting
- Exposure to the EPC/construction industry is must
- MBA from a premier institution is mandatory
- B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Exposure to working with top management and senior leadership
- Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and strategy concepts
- Strong research capabilities and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and report wiring skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Excel
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely who top management and senior leadership execution to develop short team and long-term strategy plans of the company, Business Units (Bus) and departments.
- Conduct detailed business analysis at overall organization and BUs levels to identify areas for improvement, threats, and opportunities during the strategy development process.
- Facilities the organization of Strategy Conclave, an annual strategy planning event attended by Chairman, CEOs of SP Group companies, senior executives of SP Group, and Afcons leadership.
- Lead and ongoing strategy dissemination sessions across the organization to ensure employees understand the company’s strategic goals and how they can contribute to achieving the strategic vision.
- Coordinate with BUs and departments to facilitate execution and implementation of various initiatives as part of company’s strategic plan.
- Monitor the progress of various strategic initiatives and regularly conduct strategy implementation reviews with top management to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Perform extensive data analysis to support decision -making and the strategic planning process.
Communications and Interanal Relationships Management:
- The role entails extensive interaction with internal stakeholders, including senior executives and teams across various BUs and departments.
- Regular communication with the top management, BU Heads and Department Heads.
